If so, we have two new positions within our exciting opportunities for you in our Property and Asset Management Team at the NLC. The Property Officer will manage our portfolio of owned, leased commercial and residential properties that are located in both urban and remote communities. Responsibilities will include managing employee and head leases, service contracts, property maintenance, managing property letting, inspections and preparation of reports and recommendations.The Property Maintenance Officer will be responsible for a wide range of property and facility management related functions, which are integral to supporting the NLC’s strategic objectives and continuity of business through the provision of property management services, systems and infrastructure.
