Due to an internal transfer, the Northern Land Council are seeking a Learning & Development Business Partner with relevant experience, to join our dedicated team of professionals. It’s a really exciting time with a new strategy in the works, you’ll have the opportunity to develop, curate and deliver impactful learning programs to build capability. This is a truly dynamic role where you can put your expertise to work helping to build a stronger NLC.
About the Role
This position will be responsible for the development and delivery of a range of learning and development initiatives across the L&D portfolio. You will employ internal consulting, coaching and project management principles to research, design, develop, implement, deliver and evaluate innovative and cost-effective learning and development solutions to meet business needs.
What you will bring
You will have high level cross-cultural, interpersonal and verbal communication skills combined with excellent organisational and time management skills with an ability to prioritise tasks effectively. You will bring an excellent customer service ethos that supports your team and builds strong and effective stakeholder relationships with people at all levels of the organisation. An eye for detail with solid logistical and IT software skills.
