You will employ internal consulting, coaching and project management principles to research, design, develop, implement, deliver and evaluate innovative and cost-effective learning and development solutions to meet business needs.What you will bringYou will have high level cross-cultural, interpersonal and verbal communication skills combined with excellent organisational and time management skills with an ability to prioritise tasks effectively. You will bring an excellent customer service ethos that supports your team and builds strong and effective stakeholder relationships with people at all levels of the organisation. An eye for detail with solid logistical and IT software skills.In addition to this, you will have: -Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or similar and / or relevant experienceMinimum of 2 years in a workplace learning or human resources function.Expertise in the research, design, and delivery of tailored learning programs, particularly for diverse and geographically dispersed teams, ensuring solutions align with organisational goals.Current C Class Drivers Licence and the ability and willingness to undertake remote travel in a manual 4WD vehicle or light aircraft. For a full copy of the Position Description refer to the link provided below.We offer: A base salary of $98,720 per annum plus 14.5% superannuation and salary sacrificing up to $15,900 + Meal Entertainment and Holiday Accommodation benefits up to $2,650 per year.Other benefits under our Enterprise Agreement include:District allowance of up to $4,797 per annum for individuals with dependents and $2,630 without dependents.5 weeks annual leave, leaving loading, 18 days personal leave;Paid Christmas close down;Upon completion of 12 months of service an Annual airfare with a net (in hand) value of $2,961 Interested applicants should send a copy of their CV along with a maximum 2-page cover letter outlining their relevant skills and experiences against the essential and desirable criteria of the position description.
