About the Role
As a CP&D Program Coordinator, you will play a key role in implementing NLC’s CP&D Framework, ensuring T/O groups can effectively manage and allocate land use income to support long-term social, cultural, environmental, and economic goals. You will facilitate governance arrangements, build capacity within communities, and coordinate CP&D projects through every stage of the project lifecycle. Additionally, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of the program through monitoring, evaluation, and best-practice implementation.
