About the Role:
Reporting to the Governance Compliance and Risk Manager this position is responsible for the effective monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement of compliance and risk outcomes across the NLC. You will lead the implementation of the NLC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework and Compliance Management Framework, ensuring alignment with legislative obligations, corporate planning, and reporting requirements. The role also oversees internal audit workplans, complaints management, gifts and benefits registers, and compliance health checks, while developing strategies to address non-compliance and high-risk matters. This position works collaboratively across the organisation, providing advice, training, and coaching to managers and staff.
