Location: DarwinStatus: Full-Time Ongoing   The Northern Land Council (NLC) is looking for an experienced and solutions-focused Content Manager (TRIM) Administrator to join our Information Management team and help drive secure, compliant and modern information management practices across the organisation.  About the Role:    Based in Darwin and reporting to the Manager Information and Records Management, the Content Manager (TRIM) Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration, support and continuous improvement of the OpenText Content Manager EDRMS environment across the NLC. This role plays a key part in ensuring organisational records and information are managed securely, efficiently and in line with legislative and operational requirements. You will provide specialist system administration, user support, training and technical guidance while working closely with ICT teams, stakeholders and external providers to enhance system capability and performance. What You Will Bring:You will be a highly organised and technically capable records and information management professional who enjoys solving problems and supporting users across a complex organisation.You will also have:  Qualifications in Information Management or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experienceSignificant experience administering OpenText Content Manager (TRIM) or a similar enterprise records management system Strong knowledge of records management, security controls, workflows and system configuration Experience delivering user training and developing practical training resources Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams A current C Class Driver Licence and willingness to travel remotely when required.
