The Northern Land Council is seeking a motivated Customer Service Officer to undertake the provision of front desk administration services and general support for the NLC Darwin Head Office Reception Area.
About the Role:
As the Customer Service Officer, you will play an important role in facilitating front desk reception operations and providing administrative support working under the direction of the Manager Education and Employment Pathways.
You’ll be responsible for welcoming visitors, managing telephone and in-person enquiries, and handling both incoming and outgoing correspondence and deliveries to ensure efficient administrative processes. In addition to reception duties, this role involves liaising professionally with a wide range of stakeholders such as NLC constituents, contractors, and visitors. The successful candidate will uphold NLC policies and procedures, maintain high standards of service, and carry out any additional tasks aligned with their role and skill set to support the broader team.
