The Northern Land Council are seeking two Data Entry Officers for a project involving the Permits Agreements & Compliance Team (PACT).
About the Role:
Join the Northern Land Council’s Permits, Agreements & Compliance Team (PACT) and play a key role in maintaining the integrity of land use agreement data across Aboriginal land and sea country.
As a Data Entry Officer, you will support the Contract Compliance Team by accurately entering, verifying and maintaining contract data within our CRM system. This work underpins compliance monitoring of Section 19 land use agreements and ensures reliable reporting and accountability across the organisation.
This is an office-based role suited to someone who thrives on accuracy, organisation and working with detailed information in a structured environment.
What you will Bring:
You bring strong attention to detail and a commitment to high data accuracy, supported by experience in data entry, administration or records management. You are confident using Microsoft Office and CRM or database systems, with the ability to identify inconsistencies and maintain clean, reliable data. Highly organised and process-driven, you communicate professionally and handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
