About the Role
As the Executive Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Anthropology Service Area. You’ll be the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing communications, coordinating workflows, and supporting governance and HR processes. From calendar management and travel coordination to recruitment support and training logistics, your ability to juggle priorities and maintain confidentiality will be essential.

You’ll bring strong administrative experience, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities with confidence and discretion. Your attention to detail, proactive approach, and clear communication will support the smooth operation of the Anthropology team. Your ability to work independently, build strong relationships, and support a high-performing team will make you a valued member of the NLC.
