In our Learning Developer role, no two days are the same—one day you might be collaborating with subject matter experts to develop eLearning modules, and the next, you’re out in the field capturing stories with our rangers for face-to-face workshops. From storyboarding and graphic design to media editing and instructional design, you’ll play a key part in making knowledge shareable across the NLC.
About the Role:
As the Learning Developer, you’ll be at the forefront of developing innovative learning content that supports NLC staff in building their skills and capability. Whether it’s creating multimedia-rich eLearning packages, facilitating content development with subject matter experts, or developing instructional videos, your work will make a real difference.

Ideally, you’ll have a background in L&D, instructional design, or multimedia content creation.
