This is a new leadership opportunity to take ownership of a diverse property, asset and fleet portfolio supporting operations across urban, regional and remote environments. You will play a critical role ensuring NLC’s assets are safe, compliant and aligned to delivering meaningful outcomes for Traditional Owners and communities.
About the Role:
Reporting to the General Manager Corporate Services, you will lead the Property and Assets Service Area, overseeing asset lifecycle management, property operations, fleet services and procurement. You will translate organisational priorities into practical delivery, ensuring coordinated, efficient and compliant services across multiple locations.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy and operations—driving performance, managing risk, and shaping infrastructure and asset planning to support regional and remote service delivery.

You are a commercially astute and operationally strong leader with experience managing complex asset or property environments. You bring the ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities, and deliver outcomes across geographically dispersed operations while maintaining governance, compliance and stakeholder confidence.
