This position will work closely with internal stakeholders to analyse and assess business requirements, identify areas for improvement, and propose innovative solutions. What You Will Bring:Proficiency in Power BI for insightful reporting and analysis from various systems.Cross cultural competency and strong stakeholder engagement skills.High level interpersonal and verbal communication skills.Good attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills. In addition to this, you will have: -A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a relevant discipline.Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in business analysis or a similar role.Proven capabilities in requirements elicitation and documentation as per BABOK 3.0, process engineering/reengineering, process modelling as per the BPMN 2.0 standard, and Business Change Management.Significant experience in designing, implementing and improving business and financial management solutions.Current C Class Drivers Licence and the ability to travel remotely via 4wd and light aircraft.
