The purpose of this position is to proactively contribute to the administration and distribution of royalty payments.
About the Role
This position is responsible for regular and ongoing maintenance of the Royalties Beneficiaries database in SAGE, this includes maintaining all royalty TRIM files and records. You will Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure that distribution instructions are correct and up to date, to ensure that all royalty payments and disbursements are processed in accordance with instructions. Liaise with recipients of royalty payments to ensure that all payments are made in accordance with statutory obligations and ATO taxation requirements.

You will be punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic. Your positive attitude and interpersonal skills will complement your ability to manage tasks and engage with various stakeholders across the organisation. You will have the ability to prepare regular section reports including undertaking research to improve the reports and ensure they are fit for purpose.
