The Northern Land Council (NLC) is seeking Learning Coordinator, to manage and optimise dhukarr, the organisation’s learning management system, and to support the coordination and smooth delivery of learning across the organisation.

About the Role
As the Learning Coordinator, you will support everyday learning across the NLC by administering dhukarr, the organisation’s learning management system. You will maintain and optimise the system, coordinate learning activities and programs, manage logistics and reporting, and keep learning information and staff participation records accurate and up to date. You will also help promote learning opportunities, and make it easy for staff to access the resources and support they need to learn at work.

The NLC’s annual close-down period will run from 22 December 2025 to 4 January 2026. The organisation will relocate to its new Berrimah office in early January, with new employees commencing from 20 January 2026.
