Learning Project Officer
Location: Darwin
Status: Full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract

As we finalise our new L&D strategy and launch key initiatives to build capability, we’re looking for a Learning Project Officer to help us bring it all to life. This role is perfect for someone who’s highly organised, great with people, and ready to make a real impact.
About the Role
As the Learning Project Officer, you’ll coordinate and support the delivery of impactful learning initiatives that build staff capability and align with our organisational goals. Whether you’re managing a project timeline, collaborating with stakeholders, or co-designing practical learning tools, your focus will be on making things happen and keeping everything running smoothly.
