The Northern Land Council are currently seeking a talented senior administration professional with a background in contracts and compliance to play a pivotal role in managing contract compliance for land use agreements on Aboriginal traditional lands and seas.
About the Role.
Reporting to the Manager of the Permits, Agreements & Compliance (PACT) Team, this position is responsible for the contract compliance management of non-financial obligations with conditions specified in land use agreements within the NLC regions made in accordance with the NLCs statutory functions. This is your chance to make a meaningful impact while contributing to the NLC's mission of cultural and land stewardship.
Using your expertise to make a meaningful impact in this dynamic and rewarding position you will investigate and resolve compliance issues and liaise with the Legal Team for unresolved compliance issues.
What You Will Bring:
A solid background in senior administration with exceptional cross-cultural, interpersonal, and communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively with proponents, internal teams, and external stakeholders to build strong, productive relationships and drive impactful engagement. Proven experience in Contract Compliance will allow you to thrive in this position.
