The Northern Land Council (NLC) is seeking a capable and organised Logistics & Customer Service Officer to support the coordination and delivery of high-quality logistics for community consultations, meetings and regional activities. This role is ideal for a someone who is proactive, enjoys working in the field, and enjoys working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
About the Role:
The Logistics & Customer Service Officer plays a key role in supporting the effective planning and delivery of meetings and community consultations across the region. Reporting to the Logistics & Customer Service Coordinator, you will assist with end-to-end logistical coordination, including scheduling of meetings, travel, accommodation, venues, catering, vehicles and equipment.
You will ensure information is accurately recorded, assist with documentation and reporting, and support logistics staff in the field. You will also help manage assets, build positive relationships with stakeholders, and make sure all activities follow NLC policies, safety requirements and organisational values.
What You Will Bring:
You are a well-organised and adaptable professional with experience coordinating complex activities and supporting field-based operations. You communicate confidently with a wide range of people, work well under pressure, and committed in delivering reliable and culturally respectful services.
You bring sound judgment, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to plan ahead while responding flexibly to changing circumstances. You are comfortable working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team and understand the importance of accuracy, confidentiality and service delivery standards.
