The Northern Land Council (NLC) is looking for a committed and energetic Logistics and Customer Service Officer to join our Regional Development team and play a vital role in delivering services to our constituents across the region.About the RoleThis is a varied and people-focused role where no two days are the same. You’ll support the delivery of community meetings, consultations, and other events by coordinating logistics, ensuring venues are prepared and well-equipped, managing transport for constituents, and keeping everything running like clockwork. You’ll also oversee and support Logistics and Customer Service Assistants where needed and help ensure all assets—vehicles, trailers, equipment—are well-maintained and fit for use.What you will BringYou’re someone who thrives in practical, people-oriented roles. You’ll bring strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once. Experience in logistics, customer service, or event support is a plus, and a commitment to respectful engagement with Aboriginal people will be ideal for the role.In addition to this, you will have: -Minimum of one (1) year experience working in a similar role with demonstrated exposure to working in remote locations and challenging environment Experience in the provision of on the job coaching / training in a workplace A current NT C Class driver’s licence.
