In addition to this, you will have:Qualifications in property management within residential and/or commercial environments.A minimum of two years’ experience in residential or commercial property management.Experience in housing or property management with knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act 1999, or the ability to quickly acquire this knowledge.Demonstrated ability to understand and apply leases, contracts and relevant legislation.Experience using Microsoft Office and property management systems.A current C Class Driver’s Licence, and the willingness and ability to undertake regular remote travel by 4WD or light aircraft.
