You'll facilitate strategic planning, advocacy, and governance, while providing essential project management support. Your efforts will help strengthen the financial and economic management skills of these communities, enabling them to strategically allocate their resources toward initiatives that create lasting, positive impacts. The mission of our Community Planning & Development Program is to work alongside Aboriginal groups in building their governance and planning capacity to effectively control their own interests and build healthy and resilient communities for future generations.What You Will Bring You offer expertise in community engagement and overseeing projects, ensuring seamless planning, contract management and sound financial oversight. Your knack for resolving conflicts, making strategic decisions, and fostering relationships with diverse groups, including communities and government bodies, makes you a valuable asset for this position.
